People could acquire the information of research object and find out magnitude or characters of physical object by testing technology. One of the major functions in industrial production was that testing technology afford related information when apparatus was working or on other conditions, people could make it work on the optimal conditions so as to control industrial production process; it detected every kind of data signals in production processing, people analysis the working conditions after disposal, as if it was abnormality, then estimate fault location, character and magnitude, and then decide whether continue to product or repair.At present, computerization of experimental technique is a hot spot in testing technology. Virtual device, automatic testing and automated analysis shall become the master stream in electric machinery testing technique. With the help of artificial intelligent technology, digital signal processing and high speed interface technology, the research of electric machinery parameter testing based on squirrel cage type micromidi three phase asynchronous motor, it researches the parameter of no load testing theoretics and methods, develops the virtual device with electric machinery parameter testing and aptitude analytic testing, it depresses tentative hour and cost, and achieves the detailed examination to questionable electric machinery.This dissertation summarized the system composition of PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus data acquisition, dilated the development of bus, PCI bus technologies, the design of programmable logic device, and introduced hardware and software part of entire system, it consisted of PCI bus and interface design, high speed acquisition of electric machine parameter, the compile of WDM (Win32 Driver Model) driver, and it summed up the article.This work was supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei province.
