The virtual instrument is the result of the concept, treated computer as the core of the instrument. And the Lab VIEW produced by NI is the result of this idea.The essay designs a system based on for measuring the velocity and weight.The steps are as following, after I acquired signals by data-acquisition card. The speed could be calculated by the signal processing analysis. Then I divided the pipeline into54areas, measured the power spectrum (PSD)of the same thing in the different areas.The result proved that the sensor is uneven. Then I calculate the angel between the sensors is the best in the measurement.At last, according to some datas that are about solid mass flow and PSD, a linear relationship can be established between two elements. Then the weighth of the fluid can be calculated through the linear relationship by the PSD.The experiment proved this system is precise.Because the measurement on doppler radar without contact.
