With the development and wide application of network technology and wireless communication technology, wireless sensor networks has become one of the hot spots of concern. Wireless sensor has applications in all aspects, such as military applications, environmental monitoring, data acquisition, medical care, positioning and so on. It is considered as one of the most promising technology of the21st century. In order to meet the requirements of low-cost,low-power,short-range wireless communication applications of the smart home and medical care. TI introduced a large number of chips such as the CC2530, CC2430which are working on2.4GHz. We know that Bluetooth, wifi network is also working on this band which is characterized by the attenuation of the straight-line transmission and mature application-based protocol stack. Because of the poor diffraction, communication system needs more nodes to increase the communication distance in the environment full of impedient. In order to reduce the cost of the system and the consumption of the MCU, TI introduced a soc chip called CC1110which can work on the433M,868M-band. It is a good supplement for ZigBee technology.As the signal into the high-speed era, the most of the hardware systems need to consider problems of signal integrity. Integrity analysis can help us to avoid unnecessary integrity issues.First, I design the node based on CC1110, and test its communication parameters which can be used as the theoretical basis for the application. Second, according to the results of the bullun circuit simulation, i design a new bullun circuit which has better return loss and impedance matching. Finally, i test the physical parameter of the system and compare the optimized system with the previous system.The main content of this paper are the following:1. the hardware and software design of the CC1110system.2. according to the integrity of the theory of PCB. re-design the PCB,and test the parameters of system such as RSSI,CRC date.3. design a new bullun circuit,and simulation the RF circuit by schematic diagram,layout and co-simulation.Then compare system by experimental of communication distance and diffraction.
