Information technology has changed teaching and learning environment of classroom, and interactive whiteboard has been more and more used in classroom teaching. National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning of Central China Normal University independently developed interactive electronic dual board based on two-track teaching model, which solves many issues such as teachers’preparation for class is not convenient in the traditional interactive whiteboard, and teaching resources can not be shared, and the size of whiteboard is not big enough, and it has unique teaching features itself. New teaching and learning environment will bring about the change of teaching methods. In order to promote better teaching, how to mix information technology and teaching methods together, and how to design a more suitable teaching resources for teachers to use electronic dual-board environment have become an urgent problem in the development of educational information.Project-based Learning is a very respected teaching model and has its unique advantages, which promote students’ logical thinking, verbal expression and hands-on manipulation ability by allowing students to participate in the project process. In this article, based on electronic dual-board teaching environment, the author want to confirm whether it is useful and effective while design teaching resources based on PBL under this teaching environment. During specific method of implementation, choose primary science as the contend and ADDIE as the method of design, meanwhile it is also a discussion about PBL teaching under electronic dual-board teaching environment. Overall, the main content has the following aspects:First, introduce PBL and analyzes the feasibility of design teaching activities based on PBL.Then, analyze and determine the method of design and development of teaching resources. Based on the characteristics and design principles in the electronic dual-board environment, design and develop teaching resource based on PBL by combining with specific lesson, focusing on describing the design and development in detail.Finally, through experimental teaching cases, explore the effectiveness of teaching from an empirical perspective. Study showed that, the effective and rational organization of electronic dual-board environment in accordance with the PBL thinking of teaching activities, as well as characteristics of dual-board design of appropriate teaching resources plays a positive role in reaching teaching effects.
