Along with the nation’s growing emphasis to the information education of children,the softwareof children education,as the mind of computer, receives more and more attention.Recent years,a number ofchildren’s education software suppliers emerge,but what lies before us is the evaluation system to thechildren’s education software.What kind of software is good and follows the develop of suitability?Especially our early education software evaluation has not develop their own systems and a goodoperation mechanism.While compared with China, the early education software evaluation system ofdeveloped countries abroad is more mature.Given this kind of situation,this article aims to study the earlyeducation softwate evaluation systems of developed countries abroad(the United States, Britain and NewZealand),attempting to offer some directive assisstance for families and schools on the choice of earlyeducation softwares,and provide refenrence for China’s construction and development of early educationsoftware evaluation,by learning from the advanced experience foreign early education software evaluation.This paper first retrives domestic and foreign relevant literature and combs the children’s educationsoftware evaluation data in the full understanding of our country and global children education softwareevaluation mechanism based on the CITESPACE as a tool and its formation of scientific knowledge map asthe foundation,and then chooses the early education software evaluation mechanism of the UnitedStates,Britain,New Zealand to introduce and analyze.This paper adopts literature research and comparative research as the main research method,mainlythrough searching academic papers,investigating relevant institutions websites and collecting relevantliterature,being based on the comprehension and deep study of the data,describing the early educationsoftware evaluation machanism of the United States,Britain,New Zealand.This paper focused on thefollowing several aspects:(1)Being based on the evaluation,study,review of the early education software in domestic andabroad,it states this paper’topic,its meaning and its feasibility.As China’s children education information and education software are in their early stage,developed countries abroad is more mature in this area,solearning the advanced experiences from them is the necessary process for China’s development of earlyeducation software evaluation.The second part makes detail explanation to the notion of early educationsoftware and the evaluation mechanism.In this paper,the evaluation mechanism mainly includes evaluationbody,the evaluation standards and the evalution process.etc.(2)By understanding the current situation of Chinese and foreign children education softwareevaluation mechanism,we find some problems existing in China’s early education software evaluation andevaluation mechanism,such as the single evaluation body,untransparent evaluation process,etc.This articlechooses the United States,Great Britain and New Zealand as an behalf of the early education softwareevalution mechanism of developed countries and analyses the evalution body,the evaluation methods andstandard and the evaluation process of these countries in order to have a comprehensive understanding ofthese countries’ evaluation mechanism. The signicant character of American children education softwareevaluation is its diversification,stronger standard level and high precision;The mode of British childreneducation software evaluation is similar to the United States,while compared to America’ diversification,thecountries have more emphasis on the setting of awards;New Zealand children education softwareevaluation mechanism is relatively simple, but the national government’s support to children educationsoftware evaluation is uncomparable, and it is worthy of our learning.(3)In the end,by summarizing the common of the three countries and learning their advancedexperience on the basis of above study,this paper gives China’s early children evaluation mechanism someenlightments.These Revelations respectively is:to establish multiple evaluation body in early educationsoftware,to make the evaluation standard according to China’s national conditions,to have a standard andtransparent procedure,the government give more support to the development of early children educationsoftware ecluation mechanism,to pay special attention to the ethnic minorites and build the softwareevaluation navigational web sites.All the research and related apocalyps aim to promote the process ofsoftware evaluation mechanism.The ending of this paper points out the limitations of the study and thedirection of the future.
