With the development of information technology, the education has evolved from theoriginal manual type teaching way slowly to computer assisted instruction (CAI), computeraided learning (CAL) to the development of the information technology and curriculumintegration (IITC) stage. Network based interactive teaching platform construction,achieving IITC key. At present, this kind of teaching means and teaching platform is very rare,especially for the JiLin Communications Polytechnic University, information construction ofcolleges and universities has become the inevitable way to the development of the school,therefore, from the school reality, building an application field of IITC, teaching the coverageof large, extensive teaching content, teaching and support for interactive electronicexperiment teaching classroom teaching platform becomes the problem that solves urgently.This paper not only from a technical solution to the electrical and electronic laboratoryand parts management problem, optimize the management process. Improving the teachingefficiency of the management to play its best function, improve work efficiency, enhance itsto use value, to promote the electronics professionals training and promoting college teachinginformatization construction plays an important role. This topic from the JiLinCommunications Polytechnic college teaching reality, put forward first virtual electric andelectronic laboratory design requirements and functional requirements, using advanced virtualreality technology, put forward to use Java technology and Spice technology, using SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) lightweight framework technology, using B/S architecture baseddesign and implementation of electrical and electronic laboratory environment. Through theelectrical and electronic laboratory teaching system by building a virtual electronicexperimental environment, the realization of three-dimensional simulation coursewareproduction, electronic circuit simulation of structures, parameter setting circuit, the electronicexperimental report of inspection and management, virtual terminal simulation, experimentenvironment building and preservation and electric and electronic experiment design andanalysis and other functions. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching.The subject in the software engineering under the guidance of thought, Jilin Institute forelectrical and electronic laboratory design model is described in detail, and on this technologyare put forward based on virtual reality and Spice electrical and electronic laboratory model, solution for electrical and electronic laboratory informatization construction to provideeffective tools. Completed based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate (SSH) architectures ofmultilayer Web application system. The main contribution of this paper lies in: the practice ofsoftware engineering the basic idea in the system design process guidance;3DMAX based onthe realization of3D simulation teaching courseware; electrician in concurrent teaching usinga multi-threaded concurrent processing technology; the application of the SOMA in the SSHschema decomposition technology business.
