| With the rapid development of IT technology, such as multimedia technology, codectechnology and network technology, the video surveillance systems are constantly upgradingsimultaneously. Because of the growing demands for electronic products monitoring systemfrom home life to the office environment, from the factory assembly line to the sports arena,to satellite, other aviation equipment and the company’s management system, videosurveillance plays an increasingly more important role. In such an information age,high-quality and real-time transmission for a large number of video data are needed more.Within the field of monitoring, monitoring in the traditional sense refers to the artificialtargeted observation of persons and goods which to strengthen the effective management andcontrol. However, the traditional monitoring system needs to cost a lot of manpower, materialresources, in addition, the accuracy and timeliness is not that high. While video surveillancesystem that developed on the basis of modern science and technology is undoubtedly theliberation of the human and material resources as well as accuracy, increased efficiencybrought about a qualitative leap.This paper has an analysis on the wireless video surveillance system which ischaracterized by high integration, flexibility, low cost, easy to install and carry, etc. Accordingto the different configuration of wireless networks used in schools, office buildings,supermarkets, banks and other places. Also, combination with embedded and wirelessnetwork systems, including data collection, data transmission and storage functions. Thetarget is to achieve real-time feedback of information, resources and regional shared goals,then providing a more convenient, fast and effective help and services for management.Wireless video surveillance system designed with multiple acquisition side, and amonitoring terminal, which means each monitor side through the camera video can acquiresignal on the target place, and then after the original signal encoded by the wireless card issent to the receiving end, namely, monitoring client. On the monitoring side, to decode theencoded signal is ultimately displayed on handheld devices. In the range of LAN, this systemcan realize mobile wireless video surveillance. This study is on Wireless Video Monitoring System Based on ARM and Linux kernel S3C2440microprocessor, which goal is to obtain itsmain functional requirements on the Linux operating system. This system selected the ZC301chip CMOS digital camera as a video capture device, the RT3070wireless network card asthe data transmission equipment, NEC7.0-inch touch LCD as a video display device. The keytechnologies in the acquisition side is based on V4L technology video capture; monitoringside, the video display based on SDL technology; codec on the basis of H.264video codec.According to the embedded characteristics, this paper poses a reasonable cut on acomplete Linux kernel to accommodate the development needs of the system. In the kernelporting process, the bootloader transplantation, the kernel configuration and compilation havebeen implemented. And in the encoding and decoding processes, a synchronization algorithmwhich based on the audio, video, H.264and CAVLC have been proposed. What’s more, theaudio signal embedded into the video signal that trailing coefficient entropy coding processbased on embedded rules. Finally, transmitting the mixed-signal to the receiver, then the audiosignal in the decoding process will be successfully separated, and ultimately achieve thesynchronous playback of audio and video. |
