Design And Implementation Of Hospital Drug Procurement Management System

The purpose of this study is to built a small drug procurement management system. Which is based on Android platform and according to the actual business process development of hospital, at the same time the system as a supplement of pharmacy drug procurement management system. This system’s main function is to realize the automation of drug purchase information neat, to improve the accuracy of the inspection stage in medicines and chemical reagents and processing speed, so that we can save the time which is needed for the inspection and well-organized information time.The links is about:generating and sending the drug purchase plan information, sheeting back the drug sales, confirming the drug procurement plan, statistic and checking the single drug information, backing to check and confirming the drug information. Hospital as a special industry, in the whole process of receiving, inspection, warehousing, entry database, even a small mistake can cause huge economic loss and irreversible consequences, such as the wrong drug production date can cause patients to use expired medicines, so the system is really need accurate and stable information.Under the guidance of software engineering idea, the system uses the eclipse development platform, combining with the latest one dimensional code generation technology, embedding database technology, developing the cloud storage technology and eventually using in the Android mobile phone environment. The completed software will be used easily and conveniently, the effect of the data is stable and reliable. The pharmacy managements only need to use their mobile phone to count the drugs, after statistics it can be not only uploaded the data to the cloud, but also downloaded to the local database. This method reduce the cost of the investment of equipment and improve the efficiency of artificial processing, at the same time reducing the error rate greatly. It can remind us timely, when discovery the error to prevent mutual shirk responsibility, avoiding unnecessary disputes.
