The Management System Design Of Material Control Suppliers

In the enterprise management, the idealistic state is "grate income source and saveexpenditure", and in saving expenditure the purchasing management is a very importantpart of the management, among which it is important to be under the control over thesuppliers in procurement procedures. This directly affects the enterprise production level,cost and quality of products; and in a large extent the management quality of suppliers mayinfluence the development and profit of the enterprise. In fact the most potentialopportunity for benefit in the competition among the enterprises lies in the management ofpurchasers and suppliers. How to manage and control the suppliers efficiently is the biggestundeveloped area. It is explored in this paper that a strategic purchasing method, as far asthe importance of suppliers are concerned, is set in the business enterprise level, animportant part of which is for the suppliers to view the arrival of their products at real timeand to communicate with the enterprises in a timely and effective way without lag in orderto establish a long-term and stable "win-win" management mode.Strategic purchasing is different from the conventional purchasing approach, and thedifference is that the former focuses on the purchasing elements with the "lowest total cost"while the latter on elements with a "minimum purchasing price". Simply put, the strategicpurchasing is the process of establishing service supply channel with the lowest total cost,and the general purchasing is the simple trading to obtain the required resources with theminimum purchasing price. The benefit of strategic purchasing lies in well balancing theenterprise internal and external advantages in order to reduce the overall cost, covering thewhole purchasing process and realizing the management process from the demand topayment.With China’s entrance into WTO and the constant development of domestic enterprisesand the increasingly fierce market competition, the management of suppliers in logistics, inthe scale of enterprise as well as the entire market economical, has become a necessary part.The choice and the management of suppliers weight in enhancing the core competitivenessof enterprise strategic management process. This aims to establish a real-time suppliermanagement mechanism from this view. As for a company, there are as many as500supplies, including cement, real estate, medicine, and others, which is a very complicatedprocess. So this paper emphatically describes the establishment of a supplier control system, which is mainly to let suppliers check their goods at real time in the "flow" process in acompany with the corresponding information, such as whether goods have arrived or not,and when to arrive, the quantity and the invoice.This paper, based on the above description, investigates the possibility of establishinga management and control system for suppliers to remote examination on a B/S structure,with the development of the language being the general cross-platform language JAVA.Meanwhile, a relatively high SQL server2008is used in the background database for safety.In addition, some security measures are taken on the basis of the SQL2008(see Chapter3).The main structure as follows: This course introduces the development environment ofdemand analysis, design requirements, terminology, language needs of passengers, agreedhousehold demand analysis; database design: a simple description of the database, how tochoose the database structure design method and idea, database security design and otheraspects; detailed design: supplier "orders" management design: supplier "receipt"management design, supplier "fetching" management, user rights management design,output and print management design; the whole system test: test purpose, test environmentconfiguration, test method, test items, test results.
