| At present, research on the usefulness of the information system needs further exploration. Foreign research in this direction there is relative maturity, but China is still in its infancy in this area.Based on Esther Diaz and Brian S. McIntosh’s work, this paper presents evaluation index system about the usefulness of information systems. For the complexity and application of information systems in different areas, the indicators are analyzed. Because of the indicators are difficult to quantify, the indicators that evaluate the usefulness of information systems is divided into qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative method for evaluating of quantitative indicators, and for qualitative indicators, the assessor uses the language scale to evaluate them. Language scale is an assessment measuring scale, and its scale is the terms, such as adjective or noun. On this basis, this paper presents a fuzzy evaluation of the usefulness of information systems, and the method is to drill assessment methods. During the evaluation process, the method to determine the target weight value is the expert survey. The assessed value of the indicators is a triangular fuzzy number. The calculation processing of evaluation value is the weighted average computation. In order to verify the feasibility of this method, there is an application experiment that conducted an assessment of the usefulness of selected information systems.The purpose of studying the evaluation method about the usefulness of information systems is improving the usefulness of information system in the practical work. It has an important practical significance. In addition, the quality of requirements work is the basic prerequisite for successful implementation of the information system. Because the issue is requirements engineering-depth exploration, so this study has great practical value. |
