Design And Implementation Of Ticket Agent Information Management System Based On GIS

Customers are badly influenced and even social problems are caused for the existence of fake or illegal agents appearing in a large number with the growing demand for aviation transportation. To make the civil ticket agents informationized and location-oriented for better management from the Chinese Airlines Transportation Association (CATA), the ticket agents’information management system based on GIS is implemented, by taking full advantage of the graphic visualization of GIS (Geographic Information System), which will supervise the agent market efficiently and legally and contribute to the healthy development of civil aviation information service.The ticket agent information management system is designed based on GIS by utilizing the GIS series products possessed by the domestic mainstream GIS company-SuperMap (Beijing SuperMap Geographic Information Co.Ltd. Dealing with the map data on the SuperMap Deskpro6and then integrating with its corresponding attribute data for the save in the database file, the author connects the underlying database through SuperMap Objects Java6R to facilitate the user to extract the map spatial data which is available to the development on the SuperMap iServer Java6R services layer. Eventually, the author gets the data information that is issued on the platform. Meanwhile, with the assistance of JavaScript and Java, MyEclipse is used as the integrated development environment and Spring+Struts+Hibernate as the framework to develop the system.It assists us acquiring the information of agents if their location are known and helps the management departments complete the legal accreditation and effective management. Moreover, the full-aspect control of aviation sales agents’ information is to be achieved; the legal agents and customers benefits are protected by attacking the illegal agents. Generally it enhances the civil aviation’s service level efficiently.
