The emotional labor is different from the physical and mental shape of the third labor, has now become the research focus of organizational behavior in recent years with the development of the service industry, it is more and more attention. As a service industry, libraries, library staff should pay attention to emotional labor, strengthen Library emotional labor management.To strengthen the management of the Library of emotional labor is very necessary and urgent, this is not only related to libraries, job performance and management level, also related to the quality of library services and increased satisfaction of the reader, more related to the library staff physical, mental and Library brain drain problem.This paper reviews the status of the study of emotional labor at home and abroad, from the reality of the Library emotional labor management, and analysis of the specific contents of the Library of emotional labor, influencing factors, management status and its management, and library emotional labor management of content, that is to implement two-tier management of the librarian level and organizational level.Library emotional labor management situation Library emotional labor management should follow certain principles, namely, systemic principles, democratic principles, scientific principles, the principle of equality and principles of people management. Library and proposed specific measures of the Library emotional labor management, that should be concerned about respect for the library; schools should be concerned about and support the library; innovative management mechanisms; librarians should enhance the sense of emotional self-management.
