Research On The Knowledge Service Function And It’s Evaluation Of The Network Document Database

Human society has begun to enter the era of knowledge economy, the advent of the knowledge-based economy gave birth to the emergence and development of knowledge services. Since the beginning of the era of knowledge economy, the original information service institution of libraries, archives, information agencies has started the transition and focus on providing users the knowledge service for meeting the requirements of the era of knowledge economy. With the rapid development of Internet, network document database has increasingly become an important source of human access to knowledge, their knowledge service functions directly affect the efficiency of human access to knowledge, to this end, this dissertation studied the knowledge service functions and its evaluation of the network document database deeply.First, this dissertation reviewed the research of which related to the functions evaluation of the network document database knowledge service, absorb the results of previous studies and conducted innovation, a systematic study of the theory of knowledge service has been done. On this basis, this dissertation studied the origin of the network document database, the difference between knowledge service and information service of the network document database, the relationship between network document database and knowledge services, etc. and then discussed the connotation of document database knowledge service functions, a case study was done for the function of Chinese document database. Then this dissertation proposed the means which can achieve the functions of network document database knowledge service, include the organization of knowledge resources, the relevance of knowledge resources, the access to knowledge resources, etc. Finally, the dissertation established the evaluation index system and evaluation model of network document database knowledge service functions, and to CNKI, wanfangdata and cqvip as comprehensive evaluation empirical case, it came to the conclusion that the score of the knowledge service functions of three document databases descending order of CNKI, wanfangdata, cqvip.
