With the growing importance of the DMF recovery, the recovery process isalso constantly improved.due to the complexity of the recovery system, the higherdegree of automation and Advanced Process Control have become the hot spots ofthe development, research and application. Based on customer requirements andactual process,this artical proposes an available solution.The system is designed for good stability, easy operation and perfect function.The control system uses a Siemens S7-300series PLC as controller, Kingview andWinCC management platform for the man-machine interface.The communicationbetween uper computer and lower computer is achieved by Ethernet. The systemhas the ability to process large amounts of data, including data transfer, datastorage, data exchange, control of analog (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate,etc.).The output is controled by PID closed-loop control strategy which usesFM355C module for hardware foundation. The Kingview is the main softwaredesigned for the man-machine interface, which details interface design, content,functions, methods of operation and so on. The Wincc pictures are similar to theKingview pictures. The WinCC is primarily responsible for data detectionfunction,man-machine interface is easier to operate and more clear and intuitive.Due to the complex process of actual industrial diversity, processrequirements in the production process are also increasing. Sometimes traditionalPID control cannot reach the effect of the process requirements, therefore advancedcontrol strategies are spawned, mainly include decoupling control, expert control,multivariable predictive control, fuzzy logic reasoning and intelligent control delaycompensation control. Based on the distillation system, two advanced controlscheme are taken out in this artical, which are model predictive control and fuzzyneural network control.
