With the development of society, especially the information technology, It makesour work and study convenient,At the same time, it is the information society (the ageof information explosion),A single individual can’t make comprehensive, correct,effective decision, particularly in decision making process, In order to reducemistakes in decision-making, improve the efficiency of decision, we need multipledecision makers (experts in different fields) to keep communicate as well as evaluateand make decision of the some problem, the consistency of solution due to theseresearchers did a lot of work in the field of group decision-making-theory, through thecommunication of information, the consistency of negotiation and decision-making,decision-making and evaluation for the same problem, so the researchers of groupdecision theory has done a lot of work.In the process of decision making, Computerbe used to process A large amount of information data, Therefore decision supportsystem(DSS) was developed, Because of the upgrading of computer hardware andsoftware, the group decision support system(GDSS) appears,With the development ofInternet network,different decision makers located in different places can solve theproblems simultaneously, efficiently and reasonably.Under the big background of group decision, this paper research group decisiontheory based on multiple attribute PROMETHEE-Ⅱ algorithm, Using this theory,group decision support system is based on.NET development platform to design andimplement, the thesis work is divided into two aspects:1. The PROMETHEE-Ⅱ single multiple attribute decision-making method,combined with the group reciprocal judgment matrix ordered and weighted geometricmean, is extended to group decision.2. It focuses on the processes and characters of group decision-making, combingwith the research of internet, according to application requirement and businessframework of system the author analysis. Designs and implement the general GDSSbased on this theory, It analysis the informatization of group decision making, Usingthe EA tool to describe the UML mode of the system, In the case of the safety of thesystem, It use the Internet technology, communication technology, databasetechnology and other technologies to realize the project decision-making,decision-making interaction, data access, result query, system management and otherfunctional modules, and it also analysis and designs each function module in details.
