The computers play the important role in the Information Society today, more and more enterprises, merchants, government departments and the persons depend on the networks to get and to process the variety of information, to save them onto the storage of the computers in the form of data documents. As the rapid development of the Internet, new techniques and new services emerge continuously, the contents of web pages enhance at the rate of geometry progression. The people tie their life to the data tightly. In case of the data crash, it could result in the big loss of the economy, could result in the tragedy to the society. That is so called data calamity.The information itself has become the core of the society, in the link of information delivering, processing and storing, if there is a error at any step, then the data calamity could appear at any moment. We are extremely concerned over the robustness and reliability of the computer application systems.As the corp. of mobile communications, providing services for the society and creating the incomes.for the government and the benefits for the employees, so the systems constructed must satisfy the following requirements: (1) The charging data must be accurate. (2) Maintaining the availability on the real time. (3) For the inquiring needs, ordinary data required to last three months. (4) Keeping the important data in the safe places forever.The charging system is the top important management system. The huge amount of users data demands the high performance and high reliable computer application systems.The distributed storage models are used by the traditional systems. There are many disadvantages: data relies on the available of the servers, low data rate, safety problems, a lot of hardware needed, which result high cost. The availability of data can not be guaranteed by local data backup solely.This paper presents the charging system of Qu Jing Mobile Communication Corp. Yunnan. In order to solve the problems of distributed systems, we adopted the advance SAN, ROSE HA, CLUSTER, backup and technique for rapid comeback, implemented a charging system . The new system has the feature of centralizing the data storage and the recovering ability from the calamity. It guarantees the data update on time, rapid access, satisfied efficiency, high reliability. It provides better services for the local society and radiates to the whole China and the whole world.I wish this paper possesses the reference value for the colleagues who are going to change their model and considerations from the computer the first to the data the first.
