Since 1998, China’s e-commerce has developed for 13 years. The electronic commerceprovides consumers with convenient service and life happiness, but also takes economicvitality into the Internet. E-commerce enterprise how to survive in and have a better future inthe increasingly competitive environment, to find the suitable profit model is the decisivefactor.By reading research the documents abroad and in China about the e-commerce businessmodel, adopting the way of combing theory with practice and system analysis method, thekey factors of e-commerce business model have been studied deeply.On the basis of the concept of e-commerce business model, this paper discusses the maininfluencing factors and considers the charge, customer scope, customer value, the competitiveadvantages and value chain is the main influencing factors. And through the analysis of thespecific case, I constructed an e-commerce business theoretical model. Applicatione-commerce business model,analyzing the influence factors deathly, obtaining relationship ofthe influence factors and the paths of influence. Finally, adopting the analysis method of thestructure equation model, testing the theoretical model, take out the final conclusion of thepaper.Through the study we found that, charge and competition advantage have a significanteffect,and customer scope, customer value and value chain have no direct impact one-commerce business model. However, the other component element has an impact one-commerce business model. Moreover, customer scope has an impact on charge and valuechain have an impact on customer value. Therefore, when we choose use what kind ofe-commerce business model, we need to consider carefully about charge strategy and enhancethe competition ability, at the same time, the other factors are can not be ignored.
