Analysis And Design Of Networked Management Platform For Provincial Institutions

Personnel organization management platform of the whole province is a kind of new office management way, it combines the organization, position quantity and personnel information of the whole province with the network by the modernized office managing. It is an active and vital technology application field, and the reflection of the e-government carrying out. Personnel organization management platform of the whole province is a kind of comprehensive government affair platform, it contains three systems:office automation system, personnel organization management system and the statistics query and analysis system.Merging advanced management conception and theory into the design, it raelizes the centralized control of the organization, position quantity and personnel information of the whole province, and forms personnel organization information database of the whole province. By means of computer assistant, it increases the universality of the platform. The platform contains complicated high software technology, network hardware technology and digital authentication security and encryption technology, and it is the greatest and most difficult in China. Thus, this personnel organization management system has its important researching and practical value.This paper mainly studies on working model of office automation system, personnel organization management platform based on NET, the statistics query and analysis system and peripheral application system. Designing the personnel organization management platform by MS Visual Studio 2008, the development process meets the requirement of software engineering. First, it analyzes users’ running environment and functional requirements by requirement analysis. Secondly, it designs general structure of the target system and divides the function of the module. Thirdly, it detailed designs the treatment process of the module, and designs the treatment process of the algorithm and program by internal details of the module. Fourthly, converts the detailed design to coding language object-oriented programming technology by platform implementation. Finally, tests the platform, analyzes and summarizes the performance of the platform.
