In recent years, many significant developments have been achieved in communication technology and internet based application developing technology, all of which are due to the rapid development of computer technology, including the speeding of computing and the efficiency of computers. Especially with the improvement of the diversification of human resources, there’s higher demand that manage these resources more intelligently. For example, when we come to the enterprise human resources management, we need to manage the information of human resources scientifically and to get the details of the position and the state of human resources. Thus, it’s a urge demand that a Web human resources information database management system based on Internet of Things technology should be designed and realized through programming.This paper’s proposal is to design and realize a complete hu man resources management platform based on the Internet of Things fram ework with distributed multi-layer application modules.First, this paper did a very deep investigation on the human resources type, human resources number and other parameters which would be used in the Web human resources information database system. Besides, the paper designs the system framework and modules on the basis of the user requirements demanded by International Service Exchange Center of Ministry of Agriculture.Second, the paper designs the Web human resources information database system using the Web server technology based on ASP.NET under the three-layer development mode. Meantime, the system uses IIS to ensure the security of files transmission and uses B/S access mode to ensure the good portability and to reduce the development cost.Third, the paper designs the functional modules used in the system according to the user requirements, these moduls include authentication module, expert information management module, user management module and other three major modules and every module’s sub-module.The IIS and authentication module used in the system make sure that the system is safe. The expert information management module makes it possible to derive the query results in assigned format like pdf or excel.At last, some test operations are processed to ensure the robustness and practice of the system. After the system is put into use, it functions very well and praised by the costumer.All the work above is a good reference for Web information database system and three-layer B/S framework. The system now works well and makes the management of human resources more efficiently.
