Firstly, it investigates the research and development status of the background. Then, through an association business requirement analysis, the paper analyzes functional positioning, core functionality, and system processes of information resource management platform. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes a system’s overall design. In addi tional, the paper selects the technologies to build the information resource management platform. The information resource management platform uses PHP and MYSQL technologies for the design and implementation. Through the implementation, the platform improves the daily operations and document management business in an association.
