The Design And Realization Of Integrated Management Information System For Oil Well Service Enterprise

In an era of information,every industry in the world takes information seriously and regards it as an important resource.Management Information System is an information system project integrated computer technology and network communication technology.With advanced,proper and effective enterprise management system,MIS can be applied in every component element and administrative structure so that the enterprise can make a new stage to manage scientifically and legitimately and build a better foundation for the sustainable, healthy and stable development.This paper analyzes the characters and deficiency of modern enterprise's MIS and designs a new integrated MIS including energy management,measuring instrument management and scientific project management with the example of Shuguang Engineering Technology Dept.,Liaohe Oil Field Exploration Bureau.The main structure of this MIS adopts B/S mode which separates the system's service logic,basic operation of database and application interface for users.The development platform is "JDK+Tomcat+Eclipse+SQL Server 2000" and the main programming languages are JSP,Java,JavaScript,SQL and HTML.This integrated MIS includes four subsystems:energy management,measuring instrument management,scientific project management and routine management.The former three subsystems are the main design points and the real-time statistical results can be presented to the staff through the network which improves the enterprise management level. The paper initially illustrates the overall goal and functional program and introduces computer architecture,LAN topology and development technique.And then the whole development process is explained from the database design to the information security.Finally the system functional modules are presented vividly.What's more,the routine subsystem also provides the modules for department information,staff authority,data maintenance and so on. Presently this integrated MIS is brought into operation and meets the requirement of the enterprise very well.In the meanwhile,it realizes a better management for the enterprise resources and receives a positive evaluation.
