Lightweight Workflow Engine Based On J2ee Design, Implementation And Application

Along with the increasing of global economic integration and technical update, the competition between enterprises is increasing more and more.Enterprises must rapidly response the market's requirements,constantly adjust their organization mode and reconstruct their business process.Workflow technology is exactly the core technology to model,simulate,optimize,manage,and integrate the business processes. How to construct the flexible,light,and easy-to-use workflow platform is the key to improve the efficiency of the business management.In this paper,the design and application of lightweight workflow engine discussed.It is a meaningful exploration that how to use lightweight workflow platform to model business process in the enterprise applications.The practice has proved that the development cycle of the key business process can be effectively shorten,when the lightweight workflow engine is used to customize the development of the business processes.The main contributes are as follows:Firstly,the whole design of the relation-based lightweight workflow engine is brought forth.Secondly, based on this engine,we design the definition tool of workflow,implement the interface and the engine management system.Finally,the lightweight workflow management system is successfully used to upgrade the information system of some enterprise.With the help of the lightweight workflow management system,we can model and automatically implement the business processes.
