In security industry, much of information systems mainly focus on the securities trading, settlement and risk control etc., to provide customers a quick and convenient trading platform. When investors began to realize that dividend information impacted on prices of security, investors want that broker can provide an effective system or approach to receive dividend information quickly and accurately to support theirs investment actions.Furthermore, as new securities products and trading methods be used. The broker needs a new information system to support their operations. The new system not only helps broker to publish latest accurate dividend information to customer and management customer’s options, but also provide the best service to customer. At the same time, the broker want the new system has strong extend ability for handling the new requirement in the future.Firstly, article has figure out major types of stock dividend and theirs characteristics. Base those point, thesis introduce some new Java technologies. For handling requirement of configurable system, I designed two configurable frameworks; GWTTookKit framework is used for construct a configurable GUI system, Director Framework is used for building a configurable back-end service system. In this way, I can easily to enhance this system for new customer requirement in the future.My researches of the paper mainly focus on:(1) Gives out a clear structured, easy implemented configurable front UI framework (GWTToolK.it) base on the most advanced Rich UI technologies GWT and Smart GWT.(2) Base on the characteristic of GWTToolK.it, Spring framework and Weblogic server. I use Spring’s IOC, Context management to develop a configurable service framework (Director), which have a uniform API and provides many kind of invoking approaches likes EJB, JMS, HTTP and Web Service.(3) Merger identity system of jBPM and our system to receive best performance.(4) According to the Hibernate feature, I design a uniform structure of data access objects (DAO) and java classes of domain objects. With this design, system can handle all business requirements, and obtain the best executing performance.Through introduction design and implementation of this system, I explore the feasibility of developing a securities dividend distribution system by JAVA, and figure out a new idea and method to build a configurable information system with JAVA and related technologies.
