Study On Configurable Process And Configurable Form Based MIS

With the developing of information technology, the MIS (managementinformation system) extensively apply in enterprise recently. On the other hand, forproblems which can not satisfy the customization demand and adapt the variation ofenterprise requirements, the software vendor can't get rid of the difficult ofredevelopment and code level customization. This situation is the obstacle of theexpanding of software products.According the upper problem in MIS, this thesis study on the channel and meansof flexibility MIS. Based on analysis of enterprise business and the flexibility demandof management software, thesis bring up a configurable process and configurableform based flexible MIS project which can apply to a line of business. Thoughprocess definition tool and form definition tool, user can customize processes andforms respectively, then come into being specific application system, and then theprocess engine drive the circulation of system according the defined processinformation, execute business handle procedure and represent data throughcustomized form. There are two main characters, they are:1 Process based system configuration and running manipulating. Systemconfiguration enhanced the adaptation of business process variation. Every user canoperate in general view and see the wok list in his duty.2 In this project, the XML form scheme need not build data structure in databasebefore define the form, so there is great flexibility in data aspect, at same time, oldform still maintain it data structure and appearance, even both of they have beenchanged.And then, thesis analysis the architecture of system and specific mean of building.System includes three application, process definition tool, form definition tool andintegrated running environment. Integrated running environment composed by datalayer, business layer and representation layer. Process engine designed to be acomponent, and public it's interface. The runtime form component provides displayand others function. Procedure which involves plenty of computation is designed tosingle module such us WebService. At last paper enumerates a typical sockingprocess and thorough describe the course of process definition, forms definition andrunning of system.
