Construction Of Experimental Platform On Remote Wireless Monitoring System

Remote control technology is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. cable technology is widely used, but it is not feasible when there are barriers to environmental conditions, therefore, it requires the use of radio channels to wirelessly control client-side and data acquisition, wireless monitoring and control technology to overcome the shortcomings of cable transmission system.To keep in step with the development and technology both at home and abroad and to meet the new demand for talented persons and to provide a better circumstance for the undergraduate’s training, this paper introduces the design of a control module which has the function of data acquisition, communications and controlling. And a remote wireless control system test platform focusing on broadcasting, GPRS, network is based on this module.Firstly, this paper clearly demonstrates the overall construction of this test platform, introducing its 3 main component systems----master system, communication system and remote terminal module system.Then the designation and realization of the hardware and software of the 3 systems are explained in detail. The development of the master system is made by industrial control software configuration and the dynamic visual animation is used to display the conditions of the different equipments. It is very convenient and intuitive to directly control the equipments by clicking the mouse. The communication system adapts a mode of three into one broadcasting, GPRS and network, to realize the remote control. In the designing process of remote terminal module—detailed analysis of its data acquisition circuit, HCI circuit and communication interface circuit is made.In the end, the commissioning and operation of this whole test platform are made and has been tested. And all the experiments prove that its building program is quite right and of reliable performance which will well serve the teaching and remote wireless control system, providing good hardware platform for teaching experiment and meeting the multi-level teaching requirements.
