The original intention to design the remote platform is to use it carrying with a water quality monitoring and water oxygen supply apparatus, and by remote control to realize the automatic water quality monitoring and water oxygen supply. Through the use of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service)and GPS(Global Positioning System), real-time location information of the mobile platform is sent to the monitoring center, and according to the monitoring center set the target location. The Control Board in accordance with the procedures set to control the direction of movement of the mobile platform and the rotation direction of movement to the target location. At the same time, the monitoring center can show the path of the movement of the mobile platform and the ideal path for comparison, and then make further adjustments in accordance with the situation. The remote control platform use solar and battery power supply for the entire system, by calculating the available solar radiation energy, and considering other factors on the supply of solar panels, in order to provides a reliable energy supply to ensure the long-running of the mobile platform. The mobile platform can not only be applied in the water quality monitoring and water oxygen supply,but also achieve other functions by carrying other equipment.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1) The subject background and the significance and development of domestic and international GPS system application status are briefly described in the first chapter, as well as the research significance and content. And significance of the study subjects and content. In addition, in analyzing the status of domestic and international water quality monitoring system applications and related technologies, which helps us put forward the idea of using a mobile water quality system to make up for the limitation of the existing system.(2) Designed a water quality monitoring platform. The platform uses unmanned remote control small ship as a carrier. Monitoring and location information will be transmitted to the terminal by wireless, and then the terminal will display the information and control the motion of the platform.(3) Designed part modules hardware of the mobile platform system, including the mechanical structure, DC voltage regulator circuit, the water detection circuit and main control board modules based on arm11.(4) Completed the program of the function of wireless communication, GPS positioning, motion control, water detection and other functions of the application and finished the system functional and performance testing. The result shows the system meets the desired functional requirements.
