Aim, on the one hand, to promote the traditional culture to be disseminated to promote the inheritance, on the other hand the county-level TV stations in Anhui Province to find their own competitiveness in the developing.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction, Include the research background, research status, research scope, research purpose, meaning, object, idea and method, combing the previous scholars’research on the county level TV stations and local culture in the study of county-level TV stations, proposed in previous studies, the local culture in the use of county-level TV stations less, and not enough in depth and comprehensive, this problem is worth further study.The second part is about analysis the development present situation and the development bottleneck of Anhui province’s county level television station, presented at the county level TV stations currently faces such as serious brain drain phenomenon, news programs homogenization and advertising business difficulties.This part also analyzes the reason of this problem, some objective system factors, subjective factors as not hard enough.The third part focuses on improve the subjective factors, put forward Anhui’s county level television station to implement cultural communication strategy. Through the analysis the importance and necessity of the implementation strategies of cultural communication, identification its’feasibilityIn fourth part, the author choice Xiuning radio and TV station which in Anhui province, Huangshan City as an example, carefully analysis a county-level TVs columns, and the broadcast program. master the culture communication status on current Anhui province county level television.The fifth part is the focus of this article, the author in the completion of the above analysis, put forward specific measure of implementation cultural communication strategy in Anhui Province county level television.The author hope to establish correct culture communication consciousness, integrate the local cultural resources, extracted the relevant cultural theme, and according to the related cultural theme positioning television, from the columns and news content editing on the integration of cultural communication.The last part is to summed up research results of the whole text, summarized the main content, while pointed out the things need to be improved and put forward the ides of further research.
