The plan of Naqu logistics center information systems full account the high altitude, low air pressure, and environment poorly of the Qinghai-Tibet characteristic. The paper get to achieve unified management of data processing platform by centralized, remote operating system, the information processing capacity and data storage capabilities focused on moving. As the Naqu Logistics Center of Qinghai-Tibet and railway transport business are inseparable, the system is a logical relatively independence, autonomous security subsystem. This paper sharing the Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company has existing IT framework and resources. The plan uses E-commerce, GPS, GIS and other forward-looking technology and tools.Naqu Logistics Center Information System design and implementation includes:(1) Information system framework design. Determines the system logic composition, and clears the relationship between the various parts;(2) System technology structure design. Determines the physical composition of the system, and clears each part of the technical program, including technical structure, equipment deployment principles, environmental design, capacity design; the main technology, security, reliability design principles, etc.(3) Application system design. Shows the functional structure of information system, analysis of system requirements, defines system functionality, designs application system structure.(4) Interfaces with other systems design, etc.The paper mainly studies the needs of Naqu logistics center information systems, and determine the system’s two main businesses:based business and integrated management business. Besides, we analysis the business processes of transmission and arrival information. Based on the business analysis, the paper propose the whole scheme design, the functional structure and the architecture of the information system, and the interface. On this basis, the paper further proposed the base platform, applications, and other auxiliary systems design.
