Because of the characteristics such as large information capacity, high reliability, powerful error-correcting capacity, good security and low cost, two-dimensional code has played an important role in the field of automatic information recognition. QR Code, as a kind of2D code, is widely used in our country with the features of express Chinese character, rapid and wide identification. At the same time, as the development of the mobile Internet and intelligent terminal, QR code reading system applied in cell-phone network has become an important direction, so the research in the QR code identification and application technology based on the intelligent mobile phone has the vital significance.This dissertation accomplished the research on recognition algorithm and implementation for QR code based on hand-hold intelligent terminals. The system based on.NET platform is programmed with C#and using Windows Phone as terminal. The system architecture is a three-layer architecture based on Web Service divide the data access, business logic and man-machine interface into three layers, ensure the security and scalability of the system. According to the requirement, system provides the functional module partition of system server, PC client, mobile client, definites the application process of QR code generating, releasing and recognizing.In research of QR code based on hand-hold intelligent terminals, this paper converts QR image taken from cell-phone to standard QR image according the way of graying, filtering, binarization, positioning rotation and segmentation; aimed at the feature of QR code engineering applications, paper proposes Otsu’s method to realize binarization; according to the unique characteristics of QR code position detection graphics, using pattern matching to complete QR code position detection graphic positioning, and on this basis, realize QR code rotation and segmentation combining with Hough transform; based on studying Codec theory of the QR code, complete the standardized QR images decoding through version identification, mask removal, data recovery and error correction, data identification.This design has finally finished the developing of a management information system which takes QR code and mobile terminal as core, including server, PC and mobile phone terminal, and it is widely applied in many stadiums in Shenzhen.
