With the rapid development of science and technology, a wide variety of automobileelectronics come into being. Numerous manufactures already have pro-gazed and investedthese switch devices which can rapidly, accurately batch to test the automobile electronics.According to the requirement of company, a kind of Intelligent Multipath Switch Device isdesigned. It is extremely vital significance that this device not only can choose the differentchannels by PC, but also can detect the current in the channels.In this paper, firstly, the development and characteristics of the Intelligent MultipathSwitch Device are introduced simply. Secondly, the design of the hardware is introduced indetail, including the design of the Master Controlling-card and the Relay Controlling-card.The Relay Controlling-card contains the Slaver card and several relays. TheSTM32F103RET6is used as core processor in the circuit of the Master Controlling-cardand the Relay Controlling-card. Thirdly, the design of software can be introduced in detail,including the system model of CAN, the filter characteristics of the CAN identifier, thesoftware flow chart, the development of PC interface program, the definition of softwareinterface. The paper introduces the information and use of Labwindows. The system of theupper computer can be made by Labwindows.The serial interface communication softwarePuTTY and the upper computer can be used to send and receive serial data. What’s more, itcan debug the switch device. The function of this design can be shown by debuggingresults.
