Through the network virtual community,Instant Messaging provide users with the text file, voice and video files functions of real-time communication. Along with the development of the Internet application, instant communication system not only used in computer, and development to all kinds of embedded platform and mobile hardware platform.the paper explore instant communication which applicate in the medical device remote monitoring and designed a set of P2P mode based on the embedded remote medical monitoring system.First,the paper adopted ARM11chip S3C6410as core chip,with two pieces of K4X1G163and a piece of K9GAG08chip constitute a storage expansion circuit,this realize the core broad.In the periphery of the plate is designed based on DM9000ae network communication, an RS232serial communication, LCD man-machine interactive display touch screen.Also, remote monitoring need to design and realize the water temperature, energy signal collection module.In software realize,AEM11based on the platform, in view of the specific project peripheral hardware needle,the embedded WINCE system customization, transplantation and device driver of development. Programming realized based on P2P mode of instant communication function, including register, login, real-time monitoring information, etc.This paper design of remote medical monitoring complete instant communication systems, a preliminary test use, can run normally, but also have many ways to be perfected.
