In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard andincreased leisure time, more and more people regard watching TV sports column asone of their own main leisure entertainment in the life. Although China’s TV Sportscolumn has the different forms, but the quality is uneven, many aspects still need tobe refined and improved.The thesis regards the domestic television TV Sports column as the object ofstudy, using literature, inductive logic, case studies and comparative analysis ofresearch methods, conducted a survey on the TV Sports column development. Theoverall situation of China’s TV sports column is expounded from three generousaspects, the national television sports columns;the provincial and municipaltelevision and pay-TV sports channel of the TV Sports column. and then analysenational television,provincial and municipal television sports section according to thecompare method. what’s more, abroad (ESPN) and domestic TV sports channel(CCTV sports channel) of both the TV Sports column also have comparisonanalysis.On this basis, we summe up the impact factor of the TV Sports column.Finally, according to the above content, we got feasibility proposal which is useful tothe development of Chinese TV sports column. The results are as follows：First，Chinese TV sports column includes part of a national television sports, thesports part of the provincial and municipal television and pay-TV sports channel TVSports column. What’s more, the national television sports consists of the national TVsports channel, sports columns and sports part of the national television channels, thesports consists of the provincial and municipal TV stations and the provincialsportsconsists of the municipal TV sports channel, provincial and municipal of Sportspart of the TV sports section and provincial and municipal television channels,pay-TV sports channel TV Sports column by the nationwide pay-TV sports channel,sports columns and sports sections of provincial and municipal pay-TV sportschannel.Second, China’s TV sports section can be divided into seven major categories,namely, is part of the Sports News category, class part of sporting events broadcastlive, sports talk part, the part of a sports magazine category, part of the sports entertainment, sports commentary class sections and the Fitness class columns.Withtime passing, China has a lot of TV sports section has been off the air, and of course,there are many sports columns are in the pipeline to broadcast.Third, People are accustomed to free TV,plus extra to pay some costs, so ourpay-TV has not been fully accepted by consumers.However, with the pay-TV sportschannel part become more and more in line with the audience of high quality sportsTV column and classification refinement, so its prospects should be said to be veryoptimistic.Fourth, On national television and provincial and municipal television sportssections in the part of the production level, homemade proportion of part, part host,part of the broadcast share with the audience share, and part of the resources aredifferent.
