The Study Of China-Asean Multilingual Archives Information Database Design

With the deepening of multifaceted cooperation between China andASEAN countries. China and ASEAN countries increasingly highdemand for information in order to adapt to the bilateral cooperation. Thedependence of information technology is also higher compared toprevious years. In the process of bilateral cooperation, need to involve alot of information data. Especially archives information demand is beingnatural improved. Thus the archive informationize and informationsharing in order to facilitate inquiries become very important. In the caseof transnational cooperation, the demand for information is not limited toa single language, multilingual information support only can providebetter the information base for bilateral cooperation.Consider archives information and multilingual database as researchobject, this paper-put up some studies to implementation of multilingualarchives information database. The major objective of multilingualarchives information database is take full advantage of computerinformation processing, network technology and database technology etc.to manage single language archives information by multilingualpreservation, inquires the and using functions. So as to achieve thepurpose of query the similar archive or identical archive with multilingualthus it can increase the speed of access to information, improve theefficiency of bilateral cooperation.The main work of this paper is: obtaining the theory of China-ASEAN multilingual file information database design through analyzingof multi-language archives information, in accordance with the theory ofthe life cycle of database system design to discusses archives informationdatabase of multilingual database logical and physical design.Due to time constraints, the implementation section of this papercannot be finished particular in the paper completed.
