Research On The Construction Of China-asean Library Information Exchange Platform

The cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN countries have become increasingly close.Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation and development in the field of libraries.Due to language barriers and lack of information platforms,there is a lack of communication and cooperation between libraries in China and ASEAN countries.In this context,it is of great significance to study the construction of information exchange platform between China and ASEAN libraries for broadening the channels of information exchange,promoting resource sharing and upgrading,and improving the level of information utilization among ASEAN countries.Literature research method and network research method are mainly adopted.In addition,case analysis and visualization methods are also used.By searching the relevant research results of CNKI database,this paper summarizes,analyzes and evaluates the research status and development direction in this field.This paper discusses the research method and process of the library exchange platform,and summarizes the reference significance of the construction of the library information exchange platform between China and ASEAN.This paper browses,sorts out and analyzes the excellent information exchange platforms in this field through the major official websites,analyzes the successful cases of using information resources to carry out service and decision-making,and summarizes the reference points of the information exchange platforms between China and ASEAN libraries.This paper mainly analyzes the service and function of the platform,designs the main module and sub-module of the information exchange platform,puts forward the suggestion and strategy of the platform construction,constructs the overall framework of the information exchange platform,and analyzes the operation process of each module.The functional modules of the information exchange platform are established,including information integration portal,reference decision consultation service,information literacy and game learning,user communication community and personalized service.
