This paper studies the parameters monitoring system of the heating heat exchanger station operation, the purpose is displaying and monitoring more parameters of the heat exchanger station, so as to reduce the workload of workers, and ensure the quality of heating.This paper first explain the research background and significance of the subject, and then analysis domestic and international monitoring system, at the last finish the hardware and software design of the subject.The main content of this article is the displaying and monitoring of many heat exchanger station’s parameters. These parameters include:first inlet and return water temperature, second inlet and return water temperature, first inlet and return water pressure, second inlet and return water pressure, the liquid level, switch quantity of the supplying pump, switch quantity of the circulating pump. Through the RS485interface we can communicate many exchanger stations together, and through the Internet access we can communicate the parameters. In order to facilitate the observation, the monitoring system can connect to the touching screen to complete the data displaying and data inputting.In the hardware, this paper uses the LM3S9B96as the controlling chip, with additional measuring devices to complete the data collection and touching screen to display input the parameter, with RS485and Internet interface as communication interface to complete the function of data communication, with a buzzer as the alarming circuit. This paper completes the hardware module design and gives the circuit principle diagram.In the software, this paper complete each module design procedure, gives the flow chart and write some of the source code. This paper realizes the system initialization, multi-channel data acquisition, the touching screen displaying, Internet communication and alarm etc. The software development environment is KEIL uversion3software of the KEIL Company.The device is the advance research program of the Shanxi Company of four sides of energy saving, which now have completed the project design and the verifying of the theory.
