This paper designed a network communication function PID controller, which can not only control the parameters of temperature, pressure, liquid level, but also transmit the controlled object parameters and control information through the network to the Internet computers to realize the sharing of resources.This paper first introduced the present situation of the PID controller, which consists of different research results at home and abroad, and the main content of this paper. This paper second described the conventional PID and fuzzy PID control theory, and provided a theoretical basis for research.The PID controller used the LM3S9B96as the main controlling chip, and used the operating system of the chip as the software design.The hardware design included seven parts:the overall planning of the PID controller and principal components selection, the design the LM3S9B96minimum system, ADC, DAC, RTC, FLASH, Ethernet and other peripheral circuits. The hardware design also gave the circuit schematic and PCB diagram.The software design included:master chip with the operating system, the overall structure of the software, the workflow of the various sub-tasks and associated initialization routine. PID controller became the main controller for industrial control because of simple algorithm, good stability, high reliability, easy adjusting. The core of the PID control system design is the parameter tuning. Parameter tuning had a process. Usually the parameter tuning needed experienced workers to realize the online tuning.Through the Debugging of hardware modules and software modules, we can get the debugging results and the analyzing results.
