In the design process of modern radar systems, the test of radar receiver should be carried out in each step. This is an effective measure to guarantee the system has reasonable design. On the other hand, it can improve the self-security ability of radar receiver. The structure of radar receiver is complex, to fully grasp its index parameters, a lot of testing work should be carried out during the process of debug-ging and using. Some testing items are tedious, and have a large number of repeti-tive processes. If the testing works are adopted by manual operations, it causes high production cost, high consumption of time, and goes wrong frequently. In this paper, we design a radar receiver auto test equipment. This equipment is a system that integrates data acquisition card, instrument control equipment and analysis software.With the development of signal detection, image processing and radar technology, high-speed data acquisition system issued more and more widely Interferce design is an important part of a system design. In this radar receiver auto test equipment, we designed a data acquisition card that use more than two kinds of interface.According to need of the radar receiver testing, in this subject,we study the high-speed, large capacity, multi-channel data acquisition system. This project use the DDR2SDRAM as the storage medium, USB2.0interface for the transmission media, FPGA as its core. And it implements the interface circuits write by hardware description language (Verilog). Through the combination of hardware and software technology, the test system can automatically test the number of channels, the dynamic range of the system output and input, system input dynamic range, time sensitivity control. We tested some radar receiver use this system, and achieved satisfactory results.
