A small Mobile test system of radar interfaces based on USB2.0,composed of USB port,which is widely used in computer field; MCU; and some interface chips. It presents simple and effective method,high fault coverage,low cost device. This system is controlled by MCU,connected to computer with USB port,providing serial ports and parallel ports. USB driver is programmed in computer to exchange commanders with MCU,which is used to control serial ports and parallel ports,so that the serial ports and parallel ports of radar can be tested.Modern radar is more and more complex and stronger-function. It needs real-time signal of radar in data process and control field, more data and more ports. To ensure the high reliability and rapid transmission for data transfer,ports must be often tested. traditonal method is with low efficiency, specific needs and comfortable environment. With the increasing level of computer popularity,the needs of port-test method are becoming more and more strongly.ISA/Pci bus are normaly used in traditional test cards,which must be plug into slots of industrial control computer motherboard,which is easily disturbed, and has limited interrupt resource, installment trouble,less peripheral device. Due to big volume,heavy weight of industrial control computer,traditional test methods are difficult to used in modern radar and industrial field.A new test method with USB interface is designed to meet the requirement,can be used in radar set,industrial field and wicked environments. Interfaces function will be tested rapidly and effective.
