Continuous stirred tank reactor playing an important role in chemical production process, is widely used in synthetic material, pharmaceutical, paint, fuel, pesticides etc. The most important parameter of the reactor system is temperature, which affects product quality and output directly. Currently, professional staffs and technicians made various possible programs to meet the production process. However, some projects haven?t played the potential of equipment and control systems fully. There have great improvements in control performance.How to use the jacket and coiler achieving the goal of temperature control efficiently is studied. On one hand, Dual or valve position-cascade control system eliminates error timely taking advantage of coiler s high-speed and than the system has better dynamic characteristic. On the other hand, with the help of jacket?s efficiency the system is provided with excellent static property and energy-saving.The main controller of dual or valve position-cascade control system selects human-simulated integral control algorithm. After studying, the shortage of this algorithm has been found, as a result, retentive human-simulated PID control algorithm and its controller parameter tuning method is advanced.The algorithm is applied into dual or valve position-cascade temperature control system, after simulating, the temperature have smaller overshoot, shorter settling time, and stronger anti-interference ability.
