With the continuous development of enterprise management software, the ceaselessstrengthened of market competition, the current decentralized, isolated enterprise applicationsystem can’t meet the interconnection, visits, cooperation in economic development.Enterprises urgently need an integrated, support system, interconnection, communication,information sharing and business collaboration enterprise management application system.Based on this, the electric power industry safety supervision system combine managementsystem and application system and combine the development system and operation system,fundamentally the system meet the need of modern electric power enterprises. The systemadopts B/S mode of operation and advanced J2EE and system architecture theory, embodiedin the safety supervision as the core of the whole power plant information platform based oncontrol system and ensure the safety supervision system reliable, friendly interface, easymaintainability and scalability.The development of this system is based on the actual situation of the power plant safetysupervision department to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis. The process involvedin the problem domain of abstract.Accurate understanding of the project requirements andsafety supervision department internal operation mechanism. Accurately grasp the demand ofthe whole project. Correctly define the problem domain. Accurate confirmation systemdevelopment of the specific content. We solve the involved issues with object orientedanalysis (OOA) method. The application of object oriented modeling technology of UMLaccording to the actual problems of establishing system model.Electric power industry safety monitoring system as a part of power industry informationplatform, dynamic adjust and quickly adapt to the changes of the business. The system usesMDA model driven architecture technology advantage, realize the rapid applicationdevelopment. So that the user can through modeling by means of fast customized for thedevelopment of the application system. When the business changes, the user can modify themodel system to achieve the dynamic adaptation to change. System realize user systeminformation communication, information sharing and application collaboration with SOAframe. The system is a rapid customization and development of business managementapplication system. Publishing business process for external access in the service form andregistering service integration in platform. At the same time it also can effectively integratethe service integration platform in a variety of service as part of the business process of, inorder to make service ability gets remarkable promotion and form extensive service network.The system combine enterprise management technology and the computer technology asone, providing business management and service environment. It can manage and showbusiness object. Manage business processes by workflow engine. Researching on the systemon the one hand can make the electric power enterprises release the business process as aservice, make its business process sharing by the third party organizations. So that otherelectric power enterprises get more opportunities for service.The system is fully compatible with the WSDL (Web Services Description Language)standard. Electric power enterprise users may find required services in this system andintegrate them into their applications. In service access process, communicate and exchangedata between service providers and service visitors through the integration server as amessage broker. The system can help enterprises to better enhance the competitiveness,strengthen power industry safety supervision, ensure the enterprise more favorabledevelopment, ensure the electric power enterprises growing development in the fierce marketcompetition, ensure the industry have greater advantages in the same competition.
