Power Marketing is the core of the electricity business operations management,order to strengthen the management tools of corporate power marketing companieshave invested in the construction of the power marketing information of the enormousfinancial and human resources, traditional information management tools are not welladapted powerthe needs of the enterprise reform, the establishment of an integrateddecision support system is an effective means to enhance the power corecompetitiveness of enterprises.According to the comprehensive analyzing system of theelectricity-using-marketing and the actual needs of our company, we plan to establisha decision-supporting marketing model for the electricity enterprises by using thecomputer software development technology, Internet Technology, database, databaseconcerned technology, OLAP technology as well as the marketing strategy ofelectricity enterprises. And we will construct a high-efficient and comprehensiveanalyzing system for electricity-using-marketing basing on the originalinformationized system.This paper will focus on concluding the background, designing ideas andconducting theories in the process of establishing the comprehensive analyzingsystem of the electricity-using-marketing, and then establishing the decisive andsupportive system that will meet the needs of the markets and competition. Thefollowing will be the steps to construct the system, including analyzing the model ofdatabase, developing the ETL program and developing the analytical function ofmulti-dimensions.1. The phase of needs-analyzing. The process of analyzing the needs will analyze theactions and rules of electricity marketing to provide the basis for thecomprehensive analyzing system which will be established by using the databaseand, then, assure the analyzing theme as well as the model. 2. The phase of system construction designing. During this phase, we will mainlyfocus on planning how to accomplish the system and deciding the contents of thesystem, seeking the type of the software and hardware that will be involved, anddeciding the basic theories and rules involved in designing and developing thesystem.3. The designing of database. The database designing is the center part in the processof establishing the comprehensive analyzing system of theelectricity-using-marketing. During this phase, we will design the focusedmanaging database for the ODS level, logical model and physical model for thedatabase.4. The developing and designing of the ETL program. ETL program will change thestate of the collected data from a separated one into a focused one by selecting,transferring, cleansing, transmitting and downloading the separated data fromvarious business systems.5. The developing of the online analyzing and processing program. The developingof the OLAP program is final phase of processing the comprehensive analyzingsystem for electricity-using-marketing. It will support the managing and decisionby a quick analysis on the multi-data obtained from the report forms and charts.
