In recently years, data mining has been caused a great deal of attention by the IT industry, which is the result of contradictions between rapidly growing amount of data and the inevitable amount of information. It is an objective need to study data mining technology depthly.Electricity is very important to the national economy, With the deeply reform of power system and the market marketing system has been consummated, power marking has becoming one of the power supply enterprase's core business.The status of Informatization construction has becoming more and more important.Make the High-effect decisions of the power marketing needs ample and comprehensive information. In the process of the informational construction of electric power industry, there are a great deal of historical data which cry for decision support system using technology of data mining, and it will be used to resolve the pivotal,extrusive question. The applications of OLAP and Data Mining support us obtain the hidden useful information,which lets the manager of the enterprise control the operation from general and local.The power market data analyse theme and its multi-dimensional data model are designed in this paper.Based on cluster analysis, The reasonable classify will be gotten and purchasing behavior of customers. Use the Business Intelligence software: IBM Cognos 8.3,the main functions of power marketing analysis are implemented,We can support the marketing-making at the macro.
