This Peer Review cycle can beeffectively compressed. This paper designed a automation systems improvement thereviewers process, and introduces the functions and needs of reviewers module. Webpublishing papers in advance will be on the network; reducing the probability of adraft multiple reviewers through to the paper published a long time interval.In order to improve the CED journal’s quality and timeliness, we need tocompression editors publishing cycle. The CED current editing and layout work is studied, the journals publishing the contents of the standardized editing is introduced,and we will increase writer confirmation work to solve some mistake of scientific andtechnological journals. The study found that if the editing work in advance to thejournal of the revised cycle, can solve the communication problems encounteredbetween the editing and writer, but also can shorten the editing cycle; and then layoutwork also will be in advance, the publication cycle is compressed, and we can join thenetwork publishing work in the publishing process in the future easily.And besides, the paper studied the influence, which happened in the journalpublishing work, flow problems of the editorial staff.
