The Design And Realize Of OA Based On Android

Mobile OA (Office Automation) is the Mobile Office Automation. Mobile Office Automation is a technology which is implemented by using wireless communication network and a new generation of mobile intelligent terminal. The MOA (Mobile Office Automation) transplant the documents, contacts, file management, notification bulletin and so on, which are function in the traditional web OA system, to the mobile terminal. Because MOA has high efficiency and excellent support to unexpected and emergency events, it is being more and more managers’and market staff’s favor. In recent years, Apple’s IOS and Google’s Android mobile terminals are developing rapidly. These mobile terminals have a high-speed computing power, high resolution and relatively large size touch screen and excellent graphical user interface. At the same time,3G wireless communication technology is being more and more mature. Therefore, anytime and anywhere office becomes possible.On the basis of the existing Web OA version, this article analyzes the actual needs of the office systems and business processes by the software project management methods. And combined with the characteristics of the Android platform, we analyze and design of the functional modules of the client. Finally, we put forward the overall design of OA client for the Android platform, and elaborate the main technologies in detail. The mobile OA system is designed in the way weak coupling. We specifically propose and design the safe module-"safe access platform", to ensure the safety of the applications’runtime environment and user data information. In order to reduce development costs and development cycle, we use the original OA business server and just add a front server to convert protocols.The test results show that the functional modules of system, such as login, workflow process, attachment downloading and view, software updates can run with a good user experience. On the basis of ensuring the security of user data information, the MOA has simple interface, fast browsing and it has been applied to actual projects.
