The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System

All along,enterprises have to carry out business management anytime and anywhere,so as to improve office efficiency and reduce the cost of office,but by the mobile communication data transmission rate and mobile terminal software and hardware performance limitations,the application of mobile automation office system is limited,the development is slow.With the development and improvement of 4G,4G mobile communication technology,and the improvement of the performance of the software and hardware of the smart phone terminal,it provides a great opportunity for the enterprise to provide a good development.In this context,this paper mainly focuses on the research of the enterprise mobile automated office system based on Android operating system.The research of this paper mainly includes the following several aspects.The information processing of enterprise specific office business,using B/S three layer structure design,in which the view layer is based on Android operating system on the App application software;business logic layer to the specific user request processing;data layer using Oracle business relational database to achieve the system of data management and maintenance.B/S three layer structure of the system design,not only can effectively achieve the specific business functions,but also can effectively guarantee the flexibility and scalability of the system.To ensure the system data security,data are stored in the database,this paper mainly from the perspective of database security to study the system data security,mainly through the user security management,database access control,data view mechanism and storage process security control and other database security control means to effectively ensure that the data in the database will not be free to steal and tampering.Improve the system performance,the main use of query optimization,minimize the connection and the appropriate increase in redundant columns and other specific operations to improve the management of data in the database performance.To improve the execution speed of the query sentence through the query statement,the performance of the multi table operation can effectively improve the performance of the database,and the performance of the system is optimized by reducing the connection and adding redundant columns.The mobile office system designed in this thesis not only takes into account the needs of users,but also the security and performance of the system.Thus it can not only provide users with the service at any time,but also have a good user experience.
