| Mobile Office Automation Management is critical in corporate information management.Auomatic electronic document management can not only improve employees’ efficiency but also facilitate communication and coordination between various departments.At the same time,it can promote the further development of company’s information technology.Based on ## company’s actual needs on mobile office automation management,the needs at different stages of the company history,and the specification and compatibility of this database management system,a set of new designs for mobile office automation management is proposed.First,we did a survey on company’s management process to summarize the current status and research purpose and to define the research target and goal of this dissertation.Second,we analyzed the functional and non-functional requirements and business process of ## company’s mobile office automation management system.We combined that with Android development,Hybrid development model,web development and other technologies to further elaborate the system.The dissertation presents a structural part of the system architecture,functional moiety and topology section and a mobile office automation system based on Android.Based on functions,the system can be divided into the workflow subsystem and the mobile assistant subsystem.The workflow subsystem includes: document processing,administration,personnel management.The mobile assistant subsystem includes: calendar,work log management,task reminders,communications management.In this dissertation,the different modules of the mobile office automation management systems was tested to ensure the smooth realization.The systemwas further verified at different stages of office information and other data processing functions to ensure reliability.In addition,in order to ensure the convenience,efficiency and stability,the system was further refined and tested on response speed,user interface and system efficiency.We confirmed that the system applies to corporate mobile office work,and can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the work of managers. |
