In recent years,the new media are growing quickly.As traditional media leader, the radio and television media industry are facing an unprecedented challenge. Facing with this new situation,in order to seek the largest market opportunities under the different market conditions,researchers and management practitioners conduct a variety of exploration about radio and television media industry under the influence of new media,including both institutional aspects.This dissertation takes the radio and television media industry as the subjects. Based on the literature review in this field, a model of building up the radio and television media industry business model under the influence of new media about our country. In order to make the research more comprehensive and innovative, following the core concept of radio and television media industry business model,three stages of research work are conducted.First, conduct a review on the content of the media and business model.The dissertation defines the concept of radio and television media as a media which broadcast media,images programs through radio waves or wire.In accordance with the connotation of the business model,define the concept of the radio and television media industry business model as means for the radio and television media industry to realize the value of positioning. The dissertation also provides an overview of the definition and classification of new media.Second,description and comparative analysis of current situation of radio and television media business model industry under the influence of new media. In the new media environment, the foreign radio and television media industry strengthen the main business,and at the same time actively seek diversification,and promote the integration of traditional media and new media. But in our country, the foreign radio and television media industry has not worked out an effective mode of business model. There are still many gaps.Finally, set up the radio and television media industry business model under the influence of new media, including the construction principles, path selection, and the implementation indemnification. The innovation of this dissertation is,in the new media environment, set up the radio and television media business industry model,enrich the theory of radio and television media industry business model.The principles include four aspects, economic utility principle, social utility principle, resource matching and technical compatibility principle, and the principle of in accordance with the development plan of the radio and television media industry. The path selection of business model is a comprehensive model "information service+diversification+differentiation of the leading technology". The implementation indemnifications include three aspects, policies and regulations indemnification, human resources indemnification, technical indemnification.
