Research And Design Of The Graduates’ Employment System Of High Vocational College Based On The Decision Tree

In recent years, higher vocational colleges in successive years of enrollmentexpansion caused the number of graduates increased significantly, so the employmentproblem seems particularly outstanding. Along with the development of informationtechnology, each department of school sets up special information management system, inwhich a large amount of relevant data is stored. It is significantly important for highervocational college to process these information with the data mining technology, so as tofind out the factors affecting employment to truly take the employment as the guidance ofthe teaching.Based on the above requirement, this paper mainly completed the following threeresearch work. It analyzed the basic functions and the present inadequacy of theemployment management department of our school. According to the idea of softwareengineering and the goals and role of the employment quality analysis system, it analyzedthe demand of the system function and made an overall design of the system. Using ASP,using SQL Server2005as back-end database to develop the employment analysis systemof Hebei Tourism Vocational College. According to the goals and role of the employmentquality analysis system, formed the employment analysis system, which consists thesubsystem of the foreground application and the subsystem of the backgroundmanagement. It realized such functions of releasing the recruitment information, providingthe employment guidance, maintaining the employment information and theemployment quality analysis. This paper focuses on the employment quality analysis,which applied the data classification method to the graduate employment managementsystem through the introduction of data mining technology. Using the algorithm of thedecision tree C4.5, formed the decision tree based model of employment quality analysis.Through the decision tree of employment quality produced the correspondingclassification rules, and arrived at the relatively high quality features of the graduates byanalyzing the rules of it.The realization of the decision tree based employment quality analysis system ofvocational college plays a very important role in guiding graduate employment and therealization of the employment oriented teaching.
