Since 1999, our country university recruitment of students scale has expanded year by year. Student population has increased, which give the student supervisory many pressures, even for the graduates finding jobs. Therefore, using management information system and decision support technology, which can improve modernization management method, can manage the information of students inside and graduates. More importantly, it can give more assistant instructions for university recruitment and training by forecasting the student employment through their information.Based on the above demands and the facts of Xinmin Normal College, Shenyang University, this thesis explores the graduate employment information management based on data digging technology. It mainly includes:First, designs and realizes the graduate on-line management information system, to solve the graduate information management problem of Xinmin Normal College, Shenyang University, which can manage the massive redundant and diverse work computerized automatically and orderly, and provide employment information real-time dynamically and accurately, to ensure the data consistency, accuracy and timeliness and the quality of employment management. It can also provide highly standardized, scientific and the digitized employment management information and processing platform for the university; Second, finding the combination of the necessity and importance of data mining technology, explores how to apply it in university employment management information system; Third, it mainly focuses on analyzing C4.5 decision tree category and Apriori association rule digging algorithm. And applies these data mining technology to the university employment management information system, which can dig data and analyze and forecast the graduate employment; Fourth, the system design plan is based on the user's needs, adopting typical B/S structure, and taking the security stable SQL Server database management system as backstage data. This system is developed using the ASP tool.Experiments show that this system implemented the above functions systematically. It can be applied for university information management and the graduate employment analysis and forecast. |
