Research On Application Of Data Mining Technology In Higher Vocational Employment

At present, it is no problem in the graduate employment of higher vocational and technical colleges, the key is employment quality problems.Data mining is extracted from the large data effectively, novel and potentially useful, finally the model can be understood the non-trivial process. Clustering analysis is of a similar nature data reduction for a class of nature, greater difference between data into different categories, so as to make the same kind of each data objects as similar, are not the same data between objects as not similarity. K-means clustering algorithm is clustering algorithm, it with classic of each data clustering to average the clustering. The decision tree method to solve the problems is the most effective method, it is through the structural decision tree to establish classification model. C4.5 decision tree algorithm is proposed based on the ID3 algorithm, it is a kind of an improved algorithm based on ID3 algorithm, and it has been applied in industry. R-C4.5 algorithm are based on C4.5 algorithm is an effective improved model, this model based on contribution or contribute little branches, and overcome the C4.5 decision tree branches of empty, excessive fitting and tree does not strong.This paper describes the basic theory of data mining, and emphatically expounds clustering analysis and decision tree classification technology. In a recent graduates of higher vocational colleges of education, information and personal information employment information data as the research object, On the basis of data pretreatment respectively, using K-means clustering analysis technology and R-C4.5 decision tree classification technology data mining, fully realize the whole process of data mining, and excavate influence the quality of graduates employment for the government and related factors, improve the quality of employment of school reform measures and provides basis for decision-making.
